It's been a long while coming since transferring all my ex-Fotopic stuff over to this site, but now ALL my 2008 railway photo's are now sorted into 4 different categories:

• Mainline Charters, Test Trains and Specials

This collection will feature photographs of various charter trains, Test Trains and rare, one-off moves which I have photographed during 2008.

• Mainline Freight.

This collection features photographs of various freight trains  and light loco moves which were photographed in 2008, including the now-defunct Fastline services which operated coal traffic to and from Daw Mill Colliery (a colliery which is now also closed) as well as the intermodal services to and from Doncaster and Thamesport. Notably is the vast number of Class 60's which were still in operation at the time.

• Mainline Passenger.

A straightforward collection which showcases all passenger services, again you can see a number of Class 170 units in the transitional period from Central Trains to Cross Country livery, as well as the West Coast loco-hauled diagram, which at the time featured an EWS Class 90.

• Mainline Steam.

All mainline steam photograph's feature here whether they're loco moves or mainline charter services. 

All my other collections will follow suit in due course, but with also keeping on tabs on the current scene, alterations to past collections will be done as and when time permits, also everything is in numerical order too.
