Another excellent nightshoot which was a joint operation by the EMRPS and Timeline Events. The shoot recreated the nostalgia of the steam - diesel era changeover period of the 1960's and took place at the very attractive Swanwick Junction Station at the Midland Railway Centre in Derbyshire.

We had use of 3 different trains:

* The MRC's resident Class 127 DMU with yellow "whiskers" on the front.

* Ivatt 2MT Class 4-6-0 46521 on a small, branchline goods train.

* Riddles 5MT Class 4-6-0 73129 on a short rake passenger service - this loco is near the end of it's current boiler certificate too.

There was some cameo scenes set up replicating passengers at the station as well as train crews in attendance as well so all in all a very enjoyable evening was had by all photographers. Of course a big Thank You to Jason Cross for organising and running the shoot as well as providing the lighting.
