A Timeline Events photo charter at the Great Central Railway in Leicestershire which utilised Class 9F 92212 masquerading as 92220 Evening Star and a rake of maroon MKI coaches.

The recreation was the Pines Express which was a named express between Manchester London Road and Bournemouth West and was synonymous with the much missed Somerset & Dorset Joint Railway - a victim of the infamous Beeching Axe in 1966. As the S&DJR was a mixture of double or single track, the GCR in Leicestershire was appropriate for the recreation as that too is both single and double track.

92220 Evening Star did haul the "Pines" once back in September 1962 and so was correct for the day.
