An excellent day out at the Nene Valley Railway which seen locomotives going through their paces on - what was - the former railway between Northampton and Peterborough. There was a couple of visiting mainline locomotives and these were:

56312 Jeremiah Dixon courtesy of DC Rail
66748 and 66750 courtesy of GBRf which hitched a ride behind 73001.
The location of photo's was Castor Crossing just East of Wansford.
