Hi Folks,

Another trip out and about starting of at Stenson Junction with the hope of getting 7X23 Derby Litchurch Lane - Old Dalby stock move which was powered by 20311 and 20901 with 66740 on the rear, however this wasn't to be as I missed it by 10 minutes, still some you win and some you lose, still I hung around for a bit longer for some other bits which were due.

After nailing some shots at Stenson Junction and Barrow Upon Trent I then headed off to Cossington as the 2 Balfour Beatty Class 20's were down to work a 6Z20 13:00 Stapleford and Sandiacre to Langley Reception Siding wagon move, I got to the location with about 10 minutes to spare and with the sun dickying around. Surprisingly as soon as the 20's appeared in the view finder a blue hole opened in the sky and the sun lit the scene up.

I hung around for a bit longer for some other freight bits and passenger services and decided to head back towards Barrow Upon Trent to try and get 60065 on 6E41 Westerleigh - Lindsey empty bogie tanks, however upon joining the M1 the traffic was at snails pace and as such this plan was aborted.

Still, all in all I was happy with what I got and the Class 20's were the main quarry for the day :).
